This organization is a special one for John. When John was 19 years old he joined the Pewaukee Fire Department and learned first-hand the true meaning of “Service First”. Firefighters and paramedics are always on call and available 24/7 when we need them. The Pewaukee FD showed John what helping people really meant. Responding to calls for service whether it were medical emergencies or fires, Pewaukee FD (and all others) are there for us. Each year John’s alma mater asks the community to assist them in securing additional funding for items the budget just won’t allow for.
Chief Kevin Bierce stated “The Fire Auxiliary golf outing is our main fundraiser and allows us to purchase additional items for our firefighters that our fire department budget won’t allow for. These are very needed items and we are thankful for the community’s support.”
Held each fall at Ironwood Golf Course, RE/MAX Service First & the Protecting Heroes Ⓒ program is proud to be a sponsor as well as help find raffle & giveaway items to raise money.
